Cleaning-in-Place and Steam-in-Place units are critical for hygienic processes in pharma and food industries. Our modular CIP/SIP systems include:
“Cleaning In Place” and “Steaming In Place” units, which provide on-site cleaning and sterilization of installed equipment, are essential components of technological processes in both the pharmaceutical and food industries.
CIP/SIP units are designed in modular form and include the necessary control unit as required, which performs the cleaning/sterilization processes fully automatically without operator intervention. Cooptech Ltd. has the necessary experience and knowledge to ensure the on-site cleaning, washing and sterilization of installed equipment according to the customer’s specific requirements.
The complete CIP/SIP unit supply includes the control unit, FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ, documentation and commissioning.
High-purity compressed air/gas systems
Cooptech designs, manufactures, and commissions self-contained equipment or skid-mounted process units that include control systems and power supply units, in accordance with customer requirements. These systems perform the required process tasks independently in automatic operation mode, while recording all process parameters as needed. The complete delivery package includes the control unit, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), IQ/OQ (Installation/Operational Qualification) documentation, and commissioning services
A 250-liter mixing vessel equipped with an openable lid, bottom valve, and connection nozzles for homogenizing egg embryos. The built-in computer controls the mixer motor and valves on both the lid and bottom. Its function is to log steam sanitation and production processes according to operator activities by batch number and generate printable records.
Wastewater discharge must comply with increasingly strict international regulations. Cooptech possesses the appropriate technology and expertise to neutralize and decontaminate water polluted during technological processes. In custom-designed, manufactured, installed, and commissioned systems, decontamination is achieved through heat, chemical treatment, and/or UV radiation. The supplied control system manages cycle execution and adjustment of process parameters.
